Company Introduction

We specialize in rack machining, offering an integrated manufacturing process from raw material processing, tooth cutting, precision grinding, to surface treatment and inspection.

Through advanced equipment and strict process control, we produce high-precision racks that meet DIN and JIS international standards, widely used in automation equipment, machine tools, robotics, and industrial transmission systems.

Suitable for rough and semi-finish machining of straight and helical racks.

• Measuring accuracy: 1.7 µm
• Used for inspecting tooth profile accuracy, parallelism, and dimensional consistency, ensuring every product meets design specifications.
